When I try to activate Verizon Internet Security Suite, the activation page goes blank or the Verizon Central Page is showing. What should I do?

 

Solution:

 

1.      Close Verizon Internet Security Suite.

2.      Open Internet Explorer.

3.      Enter the following address in the address bar: http://verizon.freedom.net/login

4.      Enter the user’s Verizon email and password and click Next.

5.      Close Internet Explorer once the following message appears: “You have successfully logged in. Please continue using our service now…”

     6.      Launch Verizon Internet Security Suite.
