Question: I have installed Verizon Internet Security Suite but the activation fails or I receive a message saying activation was successful but my service are still inactive. Answer: Repeat the download procedure by going to My Account. You will not need to download or install again, simply reaching the download button will activate Verizon Internet Security Suite. - Close the activation window, if it is open, and click No on the warning.
- Log into your account. Go to http://netservices.verizon.net and select the My Account tab.
- Enter your Verizon Online username and password on the login page and click on Sign In.
- In order to activate the Verizon Internet Security Suite click on Manage my Broadband Essentials and extras, located in the left-hand side menu under Billing or type the following web address in the address Bar: https://essentialsandextras.verizon.com.
- That will bring up the Manage My Broadband Essentials and Extras page.
- Click the Access Now button in the Verizon Internet Security Suite 3 PC's order.
- Lastly, on the download page click Verizon Internet Security Suite Download Security Product
If you do not see an Access Now button follow the Alternate Installation Steps below. - Click on Verizon Internet Security Suite 3 PC's under Product Name.
- That will bring up the Product Purchase Detail page.
- Now click on the Access Now.
- Lastly, on the download page click Verizon Internet Security Suite Download Security Product and follow the prompts to install Verizon Service Point.
- Once it has finished installing the Verizon Serice Point, the Verizon Internet Security Suite will start initializing and will be activated.
