Question: How do I download and install the Verizon Internet Security Suite through the Verizon Yahoo! portal?
Answer: - Log into your account. Go to http://netservices.verizon.net and select the My Account tab.
- Enter your Verizon Online username and password on the login page and click on Sign In.
- This will bring you in your Verizon Yahoo Account page. In order to download and install Verizon Internet Security Suite, please type the following web address in the address Bar: https://essentialsandextras.verizon.com.
- That will bring up the Manage My Broadband Essentials and Extras page.
- Click the Access Now button in the Verizon Internet Security Suite 3 PC's order.
- Lastly, on the download page click Verizon Internet Security Suite Download Security Product
If you do not see an Access Now button follow the Alternate Installation Steps below. - Click on Verizon Internet Security Suite 3 PC's under Product Name.
- That will bring up the Product Purchase Detail page.
- Now click on the Access Now.
- Lastly, on the download page click Verizon Internet Security Suite Download Security Product and follow the prompts to installing VISS.
