Problem: The activation window opens my Internet Explorer home page. Workaround: Reset the Internet Explorer security and privacy settings, then force the cookie drop.
1. Close all Internet Explorer windows, including the failed activation window. 2. Open Internet Explorer, and click on the Tools menu. 3. Go to the Security tab, and hit Default Level. 4. Go to the Privacy tab, and hit Default, then click OK.
5. Click on this link.
5. Enter your Verizon email and password, and hit Next. 6. A message will appear telling you that you have successfully activated. 7. Open the Verizon Internet Security Suite. All services should now be active. |
